God said,

With you I will break in pieces the horse and its rider;
With you I will break in pieces the chariot and its rider;
With you also I will break in pieces man and woman;
With you I will break in pieces old and young;
With you I will break in pieces the young man and the maiden;
With you also I will break in pieces the shepherd and his flock;
With you I will break in pieces the farmer and his yoke of oxen;
And with you I will break in pieces governors and rulers”. (Jeremiah 51:20-23)

Avoid Hindrances to prayers
When you spread out your hands, I will hide My eyes from you; Even though you make many prayers, I will not hear. Your hands are full of blood. (Isaiah 1:15 NKJV)

Bring him here to Me.” And Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him; and the child was cured from that very hour. So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.” (Matthew 17:17-21 NKJV)
Enmity, Lack of faith, Fear, and Sin. Doubt
Finally, God said, And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding. (Jeremiah 3:15 NKJV)
God is giving you Pastors according to his own hearts not based on your own but God,s own hearts. The shepherd assignment is to guide you. He or She is like a Control Tower and you are the Pilot. Your passengers are your friends and relatives. If a Pilot fail to obey the Control Tower what will happens to him and his passengers? You shall not be perish in Jesus name. May God give us understanding.
